By asking this question, I intended to come up with a price for my magazine and therefore will be supporting the majority of my respondents who felt that £1.51 to £2.00 is a reasonable price for a magazine. By responding to the wishes of my ‘future readers’, I will be increasing the likelihood of them purchasing my magazine. 60% of them will be prepared to buy a magazine whose price ranges from £1.51 to £2.00 which is why I have decided on pricing my magazine at £1.99. I feel that this price would be adequate to fulfil the publishing and other expenses and bearing in mind that my readers are quite affluent, I feel that my choice is fair.
