Researching Pianist Magazine

I decided to do some background research into one issue of Pianist Magazine. I looked at the interesting bits and the general house style. This has helped me to think about the images I will need and the writing style to use when creating my own magazine.
These two front covers are different in the sense that one image is a close-up and the other is a long shot. Moreover, one features a Piano whilst the other does not despite it is 'Pianist' Magazine. This conveys that an image of an instrument does not necessarily hae to be included on the front cover with the artist.
